Terms & Conditions
COPYRIGHT
Client is entitled to use said commission piece for personal purposes (printing, gifting), but NOT to be used in direct sales of the commission art itself.
Artist retains all rights to said commission which INCLUDES preliminary designs and
works made during the creation process of said commission.
(I can post the commission on my social media)
PAYMENT
Upon agreement of contract, a NON-REFUNDABLE 50% DEPOSIT invoice will be
issued to the buyer.
Deposit is to be paid WITHIN 48 INTERNATIONAL WORKING HOURS.
Balance is to be paid WITHIN 30 DAYS upon completion of commission.
Client is entitled to a rough draft of the commission prior to the 50% deposit.
The payment is to be paid in US Dollars (USD) using the channel of payment agreed
upon by Client and Artist.
CHARGES
Complex designs WILL incur additional costs which will be duly communicated between Artist and Client for which said commission will begin only AFTER remuneration value is agreed upon.
In the event of a time-sensitive commission, a rush fee WILL be incurred which will be duly communicated between Artist and Client for which said commission will begin only AFTER remuneration value is agreed upon.
AMENDMENT
The Client may NOT edit, alter, or trace said commission without the Artist’s expressed written consent.
The Client is entitled to an amendment of the completed commission piece at __ time(s) (listed in price list)
at no additional cost. Further amendments will be charged accordingly.
CANCELLATION
Should the Client disagree on said commission draft after reviewing, the Client is
entitled to terminate this mutual agreement.
If the Artist breaches any terms of service or strays from the Client’s specific vision,
the Client is entitled to terminate this mutual agreement.
The Artist reserves all rights to terminate this mutual agreement if there is minimal
and/or poor communication, rude/inappropriate behaviour or a breach of these
terms and conditions on part of the Client.
OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS
The Client is strongly advised to specify the content of their Commission to the best
of their ability prior to agreeing to the commission terms to achieve the most desirable outcome.
By agreeing to said terms and conditions, both Client and Artist agree to be held accountable to this contract, for all intents and purposes.
